WEDO Robotics lessons for children 6-7 years old in the Avanguard - introduction to programming

Have you long wanted to introduce children to one of the most popular sciences of the 21st century - Robotics? Then sign up for WEDO robotics lessons in the Avanguard.

The WEDO Robotics course is classes for children 6-7 years old, based on the STEM approach. We use this method for a reason, because it is practice that helps not only children but also adults better understand the most complex concepts and programming techniques. Each lesson, children design and program a new robot, which allows them to study in practice the structure of the mechanism, to understand how an incorrectly written algorithm can affect its performance, which helps the robot move, perform tasks, with which sensors it is equipped and not only.

It is still too early to call WEDO robotics lessons “Programming” in the full sense of the word, but they can safely be called the first step in mastering the fascinating world of robotics and algorithmization.

All classes are held on the basis of a specialized set, which consists of various parts, motion and tilt sensors and a microcontroller or, in simple words, the “Brains” of a future robot that help the robot interact with a computer.

What do WEDO Robotics lessons give children?

- Learn to persevere in solving problems.
